String Dancer Accessory

The string dancer is an auxiliary installation for a Coiltek CS-5000. It provides a reliable target for the loop control to detect in instances where the product is very narrow and isn’t reliably detected by the ultrasonic sensor. A very light plastic sheave is contained in a framework that rides up and down on parallel runs of fishline. Two styles of pulley are available: round, for tubing extrusion and flat for rectangular or ‘flat-ish’ section extrusions.
