3CPO Accessory

All Coiltek loop control systems have the capability of storing as many as 8 different control setpoints or presets. These may be programmed manually or with CSWin32 software. The 3CPO is a prewired selector switch which offers access to presets 1,2 and 3. The wiring terminates on header P2 on the CB-5501M main board and on P4 on the CB-6200 main board. The 3CPO option makes it easy for press operators to quickly switch to the appropriate loop control algorithm to run the job. This makes switching between different stocks simple, with easy access to solutions for long feed progressions, thick stocks, short feed progressions and much more.
